or celery, with cream chees or a low carb paté
or a wee packet of scratchings
or a lump of cheese
or a bit of smoked sausage
I tend to keep cream cheese, pepperoni slices, individual cheese portions, pepperami and olives in the fridge as snacks. Although I have found since starting Atkins I'm hardly snaking at all. Maybe once every two to three days xx
hot dogs, babybel, pepperami, corned beef, boiled eggs, egg mayo, prawns, cheese crisps (melt some grated cheese in oven and leave to set) pork scratchings
I have ordered some green top pork crunch - the soft puffy stuff not the hard fatty stuff. I intend to sprinkle Parmesan powder on and pretend it's quavers.
Oddly we don't have a proper local tesco, just a little express one and I don't think they do them, but I'll be scouting out other places once I'm through my order - provided I'm not sick of them by then!
Lol fair enough. Apparently the poundland shop do them as well. Will check it out next week. I will the LCM ones as an occasional snack. I prefer the hot and spicy ones as they have more flavour
Fridge Raiders are good. I also buy the diabetic buttertoffee off eBay. I only have one when I really want something sweet. Sugar free jelly with cream is nice too
