any tips for low carb snacks

i like corned beef, sandwiched with cream cheese
or celery, with cream chees or a low carb paté
or a wee packet of scratchings
or a lump of cheese
or a bit of smoked sausage

I used to fry up a pack of sausages to snackon

I tend to keep cream cheese, pepperoni slices, individual cheese portions, pepperami and olives in the fridge as snacks. Although I have found since starting Atkins I'm hardly snaking at all. Maybe once every two to three days xx

marty i love that your accent comes out on posts :D

hot dogs, babybel, pepperami, corned beef, boiled eggs, egg mayo, prawns, cheese crisps (melt some grated cheese in oven and leave to set) pork scratchings :)

Pork scratchings or chopped up sausages here :)

LOL Marty! I can hear you say that!

I have ordered some green top pork crunch - the soft puffy stuff not the hard fatty stuff. I intend to sprinkle Parmesan powder on and pretend it's quavers.

Rosebug. Tesco do a pork crunch which is the fluffy crunchy one :) it's 64p and in a bright red packet. Makes a nice on the go snack xx

Oddly we don't have a proper local tesco, just a little express one and I don't think they do them, but I'll be scouting out other places once I'm through my order - provided I'm not sick of them by then!

Lol fair enough. Apparently the poundland shop do them as well. Will check it out next week. I will the LCM ones as an occasional snack. I prefer the hot and spicy ones as they have more flavour :)

Fridge Raiders are good. I also buy the diabetic buttertoffee off eBay. I only have one when I really want something sweet. Sugar free jelly with cream is nice too

Strawberry mousse which is half jelly and half cream. I split between 4 little tubs and have one a day. Boiled eggs are always good.
