Red Days First red day....

Can someone tell me if this is ok for a red day? I usually do green with the odd EE day.

Breakfast

Banana, 2 alpen lights (HEXB)

Lunch

Chicken breast, boiled egg, loads of salad and carrot, apple

Dinner

Tuna omelette, 2 quorn sausages and 'fried' onions

Snacks

2 weetabix (HEXB) with 250ml semi skimmed (HEXA)
2 mini babybel lights (HEXA)
mustard 1 syn
Velvet crunch crisps 4 syns

Does this look ok? I haven't felt hungry at all which is unusual for me guessing it's all the protein.
 
As a RED day regular this looks fine!!! perhaps more fruit and veg though - its a little 'meat' heavy!!!

Thanks....i did feel like i was following atkins a bit with all the meat lol
