Firstly, I'm just wondering if any of you lovely people know the minimum amount of time on each calorie plan? Do they vary with each one? Are they all one week?
Also, how do you still lose weight when increasing your calorie intake with each plan step?
Lastly, do you think it's possible for me to lose my last 20lbs in 2 months...if I dont have any blips at all?? Money will be very tight come the beginning June, so will have to settle for what weight I have lost already.
Any information would be great
