I thought I would start a food diary to keep track of what I am eating, I have been yo-yo ing for the past few months 2ibs off 3ibs on 1ibs off etc, I am not far from target now finding it really diffcult to say on track. I only do the occasional EE day now mainly do Green and red days. its weigh in day on Thursday so here it goes, please feel free to comment and leave suggestions.

Breakfast 28g of Fruit and fibre with a chop banana 350ml of milk (some saved for a brew later).
Dinner Sweet and sour mug shot fruit salad-mango,pineapple, melon and activia cherry yoghurt.
Tea Chick dahl curry from asda rice and chips.
Snack Mullerlight yoghurt and Cheese Curls 4.5 syns.
