Hi, does any one know how many syns are in Ainsley Harriotts roasted veg cous cous.
i really am hoping its syn free as i love it, but just want to make sure?

Its not entirely syn free but its not far off.
1/2 syn per 100g of cooked product (with no butter or oil) on green and EE, and 7 on red.

Have just posted myself about cous cous i love it! , i buy the fresh packet ones ( from salad isle i'n asda) do you think these will have the same syn content ? X

I would think so, check the ingredients but it is just couscous with veg too. good luck counting those syns.
