going to do it!!!!
Hi all, after 3 weeks of doing red/green ive decided that i may do a week of ee but a bit scared as when i joined last summer ( and gave up after 4 weeks :cry i did ee and gained weight.
Would anybody have a quick look at this soup recipe and let me know if it would be free on ee please???
stock made with chicken bovril
carrots
swede
onions
red lentils
smoked gammon
i was going to add smash dumplings at the end of cooking??
would this be ok?
also if i snack to i have to include superfree with the snack eg, a mullerlight plus berries or could i just have the yog??
im half a pound away from getting into the 12 stones and getting my half stone award and really want to do it by next tues wi, so i dont want to spoil my chances by mucking up my week.
any replies would be great thanx x
