well as you can see from my signature and info over there <<< i've been doing slimming world since feb 2010, and I lost 7stone 2lb. However. I stopped going in November cos of work and money and things and since then I've put on just under a stone.
I want to lose at least 5 more stone so am thinking of rejoining group, it's going to be tight moneywise but worth it. I just need help to get out of the mental mindblock that its ok to have chocolate or a pizza etc for tea. Cos I let my bad habits return. Any tips or advice cos i reckon once i get back into the habit i will be fine.
