Syn value for Tropicana orange juice?

Does anyone know if Tropicana original orange juice is free? I ask because it is made from '100% feshly squeezed oranges' and not from concentrate and contains no other ingredients-(ha!sounds like im selling it!). Anyone know if it has a syn value?

Orange juice is synned - you can work it out based on one syn for every 20 calories

I miss drinking tropicana in the morning with my breakfast. Cant really have it with sw unless you save your syns for the day/week.

Orange juice is only 2.5 syns for 142 mls so it is still possible to have it as long as you are not having a really large glass. Mixing it with soda or diet lemonade will also make it go further.

Yeah but i would just end drinking alot, so i tend not to drink it

Thanks 'Circes' for that. I thought there might be a chance it would be free but nevermind!
I also love fresh orange juice with my breakfast but not sure if I am prepared to use syns for it....mmm...we ll see. Might give the 'adding diet lemonade to it to make it go further' a try. Thanks
