Brevita Breakfast Biscuits!!??

Hi all,
Have not been doing SW very long and am still learning all my syn values!

Can any help me with the breakfast biscuits, Brevita, don't mind what flavour? Just so I've got an idea!!

Any help will be appreciated!!

this question has already been asked before, if you do a search using the search function.

but to answer your question, there is no free food allowance in these, so they are 1 syn for every 20 calories, which if I remember right was 2.5 syns PER biscuit.

But you won't find them if you search for Brevita - they are called Belvita.

The honey ones are 3 each biscuit
