Hi Everyone, I bought the above this weekend its the fruit flavour one.. I wondered if it could count as a HEB??
It looks soooo tasty but wont have it if high in syns. based on 45g serving
Cals-214
Sugars-13g
Fat-10g
Sats-5g
Salt-0.3g

I Want to eat It!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe a HEB with extra syns?

only the healthy extras on the Slimming World list qualify for healthy extras I am afraid. The list is updated regularly as and when new healthy extras are found by Slimming World or sometimes they print them in the magazine prior to adding them to the list.

If any item is not on the list and is new and you wish to know if it can be used as a healthy extra, then the only way to find this out, is by contacting slimming world with the full nutritional values.

As Sarah-Jayne has pointed out that, I am pretty sure there is no way this will qualify as healthy extra (even with extra syns), both calories, sugar and fat are quite high and I presume the fibre is low too.

To work out the syns, it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Its definitely not on the HEX list and at 13g sugars and 10g fat never will be.

Syns are 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food.
