Breakfast and snacks

Hi All
Been away due to family problems, but hope to kick off again.
Anyway - work shifts, so have minutes to make breaky in the mornings...
Porridge is ok, but anyone have any low fat snack bars?


Also

does anyone have snacks between the 3 main meals? if so -what?

i tend to have malt loaf and fruit for breakfast, tesco healthy choices cereal bars are quite good for fat content but not very filling long term so better for a snack rather than a breakfast
 
i just eat in dry but can put a very small amount of v low fat spread on. it is actually very moist and not difficult to eat dry but depends on your taste
 
poached egg on toast with cereal.....or eggy crumpets with chilli flakes.....crumpets with banana on....porridge

but I must admit poached egg is my fav
