ok here goes, on EE
on way to work - skinny latte

Morning - Pancake with low low spread

Afternoon - Stew

Dinner - Chicken breast with potatoes, carrots, brocoli and cauliflower

Just ate my stew and it was lovely, now i think i may go and buy some fruit as i am still hungry. Feeling very low, have been for weeks. Really really need to do better
