Pot Noodle GTI

Hi everyone!
Could anybody please tell me the syn value of the sweet and sour Pot Noodle GTI, not seen them before and picked one up when I went shopping but would like to find out the syn value first before I eat otherwise I will be giving it to Hubby!!
