I've had a little look through all the previous threads and cant seem to find the answer to my question..wondered if anyone can help

Does anyone know the syn values of the sweet potato mash and the fillet chicken wrap? if its too high then il have the half chicken, but im not really keen on spicy rice or corn on the cob, im happy to have a treat, but within reason
