Chinese (whispers)

Morning everyone!

Well, we had our meal out on Saturday evening, and it was marvellous!! I kinda watched what I was eating, and kinda didn't!! I gave myself the evening off, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the evening!! I did find it tough yesterday though, found myself craving chocolate, not sure why, but I've been swimming yesterday and again this morning, and we're back on track!! Fingers crossed!! Already had an email round about cakes in the kitchen for a colleagues birthday! Pah!

I've suffered since the chinese, but as it was a special occasion, I'm trying not to dwell on the fact that I "let go". We've got too every so often I think!!

Also, during the evening, whilst I nipped to the ladies, I overrhead two of our party discussing me and my "new" figure, and it was very complimentary!! I tell you, I burst into the ladies with a big smile on my face, which was even bigger when I came back to the table, because they then told me how well I've been doing and how well I looked!!! It was a real boost!

oh thats great hun, its always great when people compliment you like that, made up for you!! Bet you felt about ten foot tall after that!!

btw found out bout the helicopter they received an emergency call someone stuck up the mountain....people don't realise the dangers of walking late in the afternoons time flies and before you know it its dark....we suffer with low cloud at this height so its confusing to people.......hence why when I go out for a ramble its in the morning gives me plenty of time to get back............
