newbie

hey newbie to RC,previously been on SW but,no longer can get to that class, and now joining RC,joining on thursday this week.I am looking forward to it too. just asking about how plan works really and how effective it is.i struggle to lose weight and want to suceed this time within a good time. taken me almost 6 months to 1st 7lbs.i wasnt light to begin with,so should of dropped off.not that im greedy or want to lose overnight,but this where i get bored with it taking so long to lose as takes me ages. ppl i know alot lighter than me lost more in that time.so any advice would be muchly appreciated , xx

Welcome to Rosy C! I have found this really easy to loose weight, I have also had lighted friends loose more that me when at Slimming world, but see to be doing ok on this diet.

Diet is calorie based and easy to follow, you will realise how a lot of the free food from SW is very high in cals, which makes you realise why you may not have been loosing so fast. The exercise is alos fun.

yeah guess thats true.plus also there'll be foods i can eat on RC that cldnt SW as was high in syns lol. but if you wanted cheese on RC, can you only have it as a treat then?, as cheese is higher than 5% fat?
 
I have the RC Cheese in my fridge but not touched it yet!!!

Will have to try it tonight.
