Hi!
This is the first time i'm joining a forum. Hope to get ideas and ways to lose some weight. My target is 20lbs.

BTW, i have a class reunion in 2 months time. You think i can achieve it? Any suggestions?:D

sounds like you're on your way to success... keep me posted on your progress so it will help to motivate me;) i'll be trying out some new slimming program soon too. my friend told me her mom loss 20lbs in 3 weeks. Sounds great to me! Hope it helps.
 
Started out my new slimming program yesterday. Feels great. Loss about 3lbs on the first try! Today i don't feel so bloated. Goin for it again tonight! Praying for miracle....
 
Did my 2nd and 3rd session. Also losing about 2 - 3lbs each session. As the program that i'm following focuses on detoxification, must be all the toxins from my body being flushed:eek: out.
You can google trimex slim if you are interested...but i've never felt better. Keeping my finger crossed...
 
I've lost 7 pounds in total now. But yesterday had a large meal because of my bf's birthday :sigh: but do not have the usual bloated feeling. That's a good sign i suppose.
My next session is tomorrow.
 
Hi I have just googled trimex slim. Weren't you scared or worried the first time you used it? I would like to try but too scared. What kind of diet are you following to go along with it, I'm very interested in this way of losing weight.

hi ruth! of course i was scared at first. never tried such method before but after some research, it seems to be safe and effective. Actually i came to realise that a lot of people are following this kind of method but it's just that it's embrassing for them to reveal it (even the celebrities are doing it..it should be safe :D)
Anyway, i've already lost total of 8 pounds and is planning to introduce it to my colleague..:)

Wow! This is interesting. I'll try to find out more on this trimex slim. I don't mind trying out if it is safe.. n u mentioned that even the celebs r doin it.

hi aimee. i have googled trimex slim too. a bit sceptical though but seems to be a lot of satisfied users. do keep us posted on your progress and how you feel. i'm willing to try if it does work:jelous: i'm currently taking slimfast. my cravings are worse than before:confused:

Googled on trimex slim already. Also asked around if any of my friends heard of it or not. Just to b safe. To my surprise, one of my friend's aunty tried it after she gave birth to her son and is still following strictly to maintain her weight. Shall I try ? Still being doubtful.
 
i am so sorry guys..i was out of town for the past week and is incredible difficult for me get access to the net.
Anyway, here i am, home sweet home and have lost total of 19 pounds since a month ago i started on trimex slim program. Luckily i can still follow the program even when i'm out of town. This is my progress :
1st wk : lost 6 pounds
2nd wk : lost 4 pounds
3rd wk : lost 5 pounds
4th wk : lost 4 pounds

I'm aiming for another 10 pounds. Beside losing the 19 pounds, i feel more energised and my skin clears up too. Kudos for the detoxification effect!!
 
Wow! Congratulations! I have also ordered trimex slim and is waiting for the arrival. I made the decision to try after asking my doctor bout such procedures. He said that it is safe and encourage me to give it a try. Can't wait to start.
 
Got my trimex slim. I will be starting to tonight. Don't know how much accumulated waste I have in my system. Keep you posted on my progress.
