Lowest pp bread?

I like to take sandwiches to work with me and had them all the time on the old plan, however I've avoided them since pp because of the relatively high values. However I miss it so much! What is the lowest pp brown/wholemeal/granary bread or rolls that you've found? Not 'diet' breads like nimble or ww but proper bread! Not a great fan of wraps or pitta but will try if they are a lot lower than normal bread. I know alot of bread more than doubles for 2 slices too so are there any that don't? Sorry for all the questions but I'm confused!
Thanks.

Hmmm. Maybe I should try them then. Usually go to sainos and they don't do them but I could pop to asda. I'll stuff them full of salad and chicken.
