Birds Eye Peri Peri Chicken Chargrills

Hey all

Im planning on having 2 Birds Eye Peri Peri Chicken Chargrills. My book says they are 3 syns each on a red day but looking around on here someone mentioned they are 3.5 syns each on a red day.

Can some one please have a look in the sw site and confirm the syn value for these please?
