Help me please..

I work at home for the majority of the time and whilst I'm not typing on my laptop, I always gravitate towards the kitchen and I want to nibble! Of course, this is why I'm fat but I need something to do other than eat. I can't stare at my laptop screen constantly because it gives me headaches so what do you guys do to keep your mind off food? It's just something to fill the few mins or so each time I get up off my @ss!

I work from home a lot. I have got to say there is always something that needs doing. Washing putting on ironing lol.

I have actually started making cards as a little hobby. I bought a starter kit from hobbycraft and when i feel i am going to nibble, i start making cards.
 
This is going to sound strange but i actually cook! I've really got into baking - ofcourse you can't eat the things you've actually made but its nice to see everyone else enjoying your efforts!
 
If the kids are about I keep busy with them playing etc or we go for a walk / bike ride, go to the park, pop over my mums or a friends. If they are not around or they are keeping themselves busy, I usually tidy up, potter in the garden, sort washing/ironing, cook, text my other half or a friend, browse the catalogues. In the evenings once kids are in bed I will usually be online, reading a mag, watching a dvd, have a bath or just chat with my other half.

Most of all my two lil cherubs keep me on the straight and narrow as they keep me very busy between them.
 
:DAnything, drink water, do washing, walk the dog, cross stitch anything so I can`t think about eating.
Have even bought a treadmill and have 10 mins walk at a time.:D
