HI everyone
I have bitten the bullet and am have started the new RC inch loss diet. I am a little bit uniqe - I am an overweight fitness instructor! I have put on 12 kilos in the last 7 years. I was a very trim 17% body fat and now am 32%. I work freelance and have loads of time to exercise, but have just become lazier and lazier over the last few years. I relocated to Ireland 7 years ago and watched my fitness go out the window. I now have to really get serious about my weight loss; I am starting to feel clients do not respect me as a 'fat' trainer, even though I am more than capable of doing all the exercises with them - first impressions count, so I need to have a good one. I am going to use this forum for support and advice, so I look forward to chatting to you all! :)

Hiya if you are talking about the weight loss bar its from TickerFactory.com.

You go to the site and make a new one up and at the end it gives you a BBL code and HML code not sure which on it is, but I know it the top box, copy and add to your signature box and once you preview it, it should be there, save and off you go.

Each weigh in just click on the link and it should take you back to your one and adjust the weight and repeat copy, paste and save again.

Hope this makes some sense to you...
 
Thanks for that, I think i worked it out! :) I have started drinking coconut water, does anyone know if this is ok on the RC diet?
 
i'm like you , i exercise bout 5 days a week running and rugby and i am still overweight its a pest sometimes i think why the heck do i bother but its gotta be worth it. coconut milk is under 10% i think but its also a natural laxative so that might counteract it lol
