Hi,
I did lipotrim in August and got to my goal but recently Ive been feeling a bit unhinged and have put on a stone which I need to take in hand Asap! day one today so far so good X

Hiya, thats a great thing you are doing and the right way certainly!!!
Its not easy keeping it off im sure but at least you have only put 1 stone on before doing something about it, rather than 6 eh?

Ive heard people doing this a lot if they are finding it hard to keep it off....do a few weeks on TFR to get back to where they should be!!!

Ive come to realise i will always be a fat person and i will always have to fight against it. I want to be slim but i know if i ever get there the fat girl inside me will always be there!!! Its tough, it really is!!

Good luck :)

Thanks Katieg
I agree it's hard to keep it off but Ive realised it's hard for everyone to stay slim
it's just about keeping it in check and not letting it get out of hand
hopefully Im doing that now !
Well done on your losses so far X

Maintaining the weight loss is the start of the journey in my eyes, doing TFR was the easy part.

Good luck for your second bout :)

Hi Wamser.
Well done you for taking control and good luck! :D

Thanks everyone for the well wishes doing ok today
I agree Tanya it is the hardest part especially as I got to the lower end of my bmi which makes it harder to maintain but not going to beat myself up it's 10-14 lbs max so hopefully won't take me too long and it won't be too hard ! X

Good luck with your losses, you will be back out of here before you know it as could do that in a week!!! You are obviously a dab hand at all of this so I wish you all the best!
I am dreading the re-feed as I think this is where the slips up can occur as you actually have a CHOICE instead of completel avoidance!!! Well done for coming back after just 10lb tho and not letting it beat you and being 4 stone etc!

Thanks Donna hopefully it'll be gone in two weeks !
I agree maintainence is more difficult after a vlcd but doable
I did manage to maintain every week up until 4 weeks ago then I
suddenly started slipping I realised it but Ive also realised that
alot of women go up 7 or more pounds and they cut back and
lose it but nobody hears about it I just choose Lt and a forum
cause I Like to account for myself !Lol

You are all soo right, I lost 2 1/2 stone last May, and have piled on 3 stone since :( I wish I had gone back on before it got his much out of hand.
Katieg, I feel this way about myself too, I will always be a big girl, waiting to come out, even if I get to goal...

Maintaining is my biggest struggle, I think if I could just just moderate what I eat during the week, and relax more at weekends, would be ideal way to maintain. Do love my Curry at the weekend :)
