on week two first week lost 6lb weigh day tomorrow , is sparking water ok not sure

Hi Kirky!! Good luck for WI tomorrow. Yes sparkling water and soda water are perfectly legal but not tonic water or fruit flavoured waters

In fact I used to put mine into a wine glass in the evening felt like I was having a glass of vino x

Hi Kirky, I only drink sparkling water as it's easier to drink and not as "heavy" in your stomach than plain water.

I like to have sparkling water as a "treat", and trust never in my life did I ever think that I would consider sparkling water as a TREAT \0/

Hi Kirky

I only drink sparkling water - still water is just too much hard work. I was worried that being sparkling it might bloat me but Its fine to drink as I checked this with pharmacist.
