Over the past few years i have tried weight watchers, slimfast, xenical and now slimming world. I have had good losses with them all. I changed to sw after i was diagnosed with a genetic condition that means i have a very high cholesterol level. For me sw is more of a way of life than a diet and has helped to educate me about making healthier choices. I would recommend sw to anyone wanting to eat a healthy varied diet and still lose weight without feeling hungry.
