Took James to football tonight. The last time one of the other mums saw me I was half way through week 3 and had lost about 20lbs. Since then I've lost another stone. To say she was gobsmacked is an understatement. She kept squealing and saying how fab I looked and that she couldn't stop looking at me. She was so complimentary. Left there with the biggest smile on my face, as you can imagine.

Aw that is an amazing feeling isnt it - comments like that mean more to me than family and friends saying it or congratulating on the diet. Daisys nursery teacher noticed my weightloss this week as soon as I walked in to class and I was on cloud 9! Its a real boost isnt it!

What a great inspiration a compliment can be, you must feel wonderful, the only one i'v had up to now is my son telling me my face looked a bit thinner, ha, but i know if i keep 100%, everyone will soon notice, Well done Cate xx

I think I'd been doing the diet for two weeks and my son was giving me a hug round the waist when he suddenly announced that he could touch his fingers together. Before, I'd been too wide for them to meet. Bless. Now he can actually clasp his hands together!!
