Propoints of meat juices

Does anyone have any ideas on how to point chicken juices from a roast pretty please?
Please don't say make gravy without it because it's nowhere near as nice and I've already eaten it! LOL!!
I can't find points for it anywhere and don't even know how to guess it....

Oooppppps I've never added it! Just counted the bisto? Things like this may well be why I'm not loosing weight!!!!

I might be wrong but I point it the same as oil- 4 pp per tbsp.

I must admit, I don't point it. But I do use one of those jugs with the spouts at the bottom to remove the fat.

100g chicken fat: 99.8g fat, 0g everything else (guess it makes sense really!!)

26 pp per 100g
