Hi All, Not sure if this should be in the syns section or here so sorry if its in the wrong place.
How many syns would you allocate for a Strada Tuna Salad? Ingredients were
Rocket, Red Onion,Green Beans, Butter Beans, Tomato, 8 Black Olives. The Tuna was grilled but probably had a bit of oil on it. I had it without the dressing on which was oil, lemon juice and capers (but I eat the capers)
i was thinking 6 should be enough?
