Hi there, can someone please answer a question for me! I'm getting weighed tomorrow night at 5pm, iv bn to zumba tonight and going again tomorrow morning, plus the gym. Is it advisable to do alot of exercise before standing on the scales??? X
 
I've always wondered that.I go to the gym quite a bit and have been straight before class.I've always worried that if I was dehydrated I might get a false loss and therefore a gain the following week?I've never found it to make much of a difference but everyone's different and if you don't want to risk it effecting your weigh in maybe give it a miss?
