Does anyone know how many pro points in old el pas original bbc fajitas- including the chicken, peppers and onion? I love them but have no idea how to point them

I know that each tortilla is 4 pro points as i bought them the other day.

I haven't gotten around to the rest of it though so can't be much more help, esp as I don't eat chicken! At least you know the veg will be free. If you find out that there are pro points in the BBQ mix, can I recommend getting your hands on Jamie Oliver's Fajita recipe from his Ministry of Food book. It's delicious and all the spices etc will be free. I'm sure he dumps about half a bottle of olive oil in there somewhere so as usual with Jamie, go easy there. You never need as much as he says!

I've just realised i haven't really answered your question at all but have waffled on and on...
The recipe is delicious tho!

I do mine with quorn chicken bites instead of chicken, plus a dollop of half fat creme fraiche and it works out at 7pp.

I don't use that brand of seasoning, but most of the other brands are 4pp for the seasoning powder so not to bad. Then your chicken, I only have one breast so 4pp and buckets full of onions peppers and mushrooms! I usually limit myself to two wraps and if I want more I have it in babygem lettuce which is free rather than another heavy wrap. Enjoy!

Skip the packet seasoning and use chilli powder of whatever strength you prefer - cheaper and low PP depending on how much you use!

Smoked paprika is the trick! Makes all the difference.

Most big supermarkets I'd say - in the spices section. I know I got mine in Tesco (not my favourite place but did the job!). It gives it that smokey BBQ flavour without all the additives. Jamie Oliver uses Cumin aswell.

Here's the link to his recipe..

No probs - Enjoy!
