Hi everyone... newbie here!
I'm Sam... I've never really been a dieter despite always being what people kindly refer to as "a big girl" . In the last couple of years I've put on a bit more weight and got less fit and have come to the conclusion that I don't want this gradual weight gain and loss of fitness to continue any further! So, I've joined WW (with my other half) and started doing a bit more exercise and set myself a goal for the end of the year.
I've lost just over a stone so far, it's been coming off fairly slowly which I know is good but can sometimes be a bit disheartening so thought I'd join and hopefully be able to find some encouragement and offer some to others aswell!
