Well started my shakes on monday and i have to say im not finding it too hard so far. Last night was a challenge as my family got a takeaway and i had my shake. I was soo tempted to run and steal a chip of someones plate but i didnt.
Day 3 today and im still alive and kicking. Loving reading peoples stories on here and it really does make you determined to keep going.
