i have just bought morrisons mini meringue nests and there 15kcal? wuld these b free if i had just 1 with yogurt muller light of course x

No not syn free I'm afraid - at 15 calories each they would be 1 syn.

i thought 20kcal is = to 1 syn?

It would be 3/4 of a syn.

you can only have syns in values of 0.5, 1, 1.5 and so on.

So being 15 calories they are going to be 1 syn as they are closer to 20 calories.

and that is confirmed with the SW snackulator calculator.

I think it would be okay to count them as 1.5 syns for 2 mini meringues though.
