hey every1 i see every1 is doing briliantly.
i went on lipotrim a couple of years ago and lost 6 stone did quite well at maintaining but have had another baby so feeling rubish with the weight i have put on
Want to lose 2 stone 6 pounds.
feeling dizzy today and weak just cant wait to get this week out of the way for ketosis!
fingers crossed for weigh in.

After losing 6 stone last time, 2 stone 6lbs will be a doddle!!! I've lost 2st 5lbs in just six weeks. You'll be there in no time. Good luck.

i have one whos nearly 19 and one still at school age 12. I still feel ancient tho and only 37 got a knackered body! Yuk
