Was quite disappointed with this weeks loss....only 2lbs but thought it was bound to happen soon and on AAM week the weight loss might be different. Lost 3stones 2lbs in 10weeks now tho suppose that's good! xxx

A bag of sugar weighs 2lbs. Next time you are shopping pick one up. You will see that 2lbs is actually quite a lot!!

Youre doing brilliantly I think we've all had those kind of weeks but thankfully they tend to be one offs and normal service is resumed next week but your losses so far are absolutely great - well done you x
