Angela's diary

lancsgirl

yummy mummy in the making
Sorry for the not very imaginative name for my diary!
I'm Angela 34 years old, mum to three Ryan 16 Liam 15 and Amber 14 months, partner to Jason.
I live in Lancashire and I'm a full time mum right now and that's busy enough believe me! Vie been struggling with my weigh since I was about 8, basically baby of the family and got spoilt!
Anyway my biggest I was 25 stone, my lights I was about 14st 10 ish, right now I'm not 100% sure what I am! I've been doing Cambridge for 6 weeks and lost 2 stone, I've come off it for a week while I swap over to lipotrim, it's much cheaper and as were planning a house move I need all the spare cash!

I've called the chemist and there expecting me on Friday , on cd I was having 4 shakes a day coz of my height but on lipotrim I hear it's three no matter how tall you are, the first week I'm expecting to be tough like cd was but. Must admit I did cheat a little along the way but this time there's not cheating as I have about 5stone to lose and need it gone quick, I'm looking fir a part time job and no matter what I'm looking at I keep getting turned down and I think it's because of the weight, so needs must!

Really looking forward to it and I'm hoping not to much goes on this week but if it does I will deal with it, just wondered if you can have gum whilst doing ltr? And I take it it's just water ?

Xxxx

Hi there, welcome to LT :)
Firstly in answer to you question... gum. Big no no im afraid. Ive heard for 2 reasons. It has citric acid in it which affects ketosis so the breath strips are the only mouth freshners you can have (plus of course tooth paste and mouthwash) and also, gum produces more saliva and your stomach thinks its going to be feed so makes you feel hungry!!
You can have still or sparkling water, black tea, black coffee, leaf tea (such as peppermint). You can have if you need to, sweetner... the tablet veriety not spoonable.
If you watch the disk you will get loads of info off there but we are all here on this forum to help eachother so let us know if you have any more questions!!
And good luck with LT :)

Congratulations on your weightloss so far.
Lots of people find the restricted range of lipotrim a good thing - there's not much of the pleasure and fuss of food about it. The shakes are kind of bland though they do grow on you, are creamy and yum over ice with a straw.
Good luck with it.
