fable's restarting

well after weight slowing down the last month or so thought i ask every one here if they would help me get back on track.
today food is
breakfast
2xweetabix and semi skimmed milk
dinner
chicken thigh no skin,mint potatoes,broc,carrots,spouts and gravy
tea

pasta in half tin tomato and mixed herb sauce
as been doing sw at home myself what sins would you suggest. always do green days as can't get my head round ee
