Just recently joined a gym that has a steam room, and have used it a couple of times for about 15 mins each time, so far thats about as much as i can tolerate comfortably, I'm guessing and heard a few places any weight loss that might come off will be put back on as soon as you have a drink as its mainly water that you lose, but have also heard the heat keeps your body in fat burning mode longer if taken after a workout, Can anyone advise me on how effective steam rooms are for weight loss
