Don't beat yourself up, we all have times like this, try and draw a line under it and get back on plan tomorrow morning. Try and minimse the damage by choosing wisely this evening. Good luck x

Just draw a line hun and try and move on. It's happened and nothing can change that. Get back on plan and hopefully you will be ok. When is WI?
You have actually probably not blown it as much as you think really. Sundays dinners are always hard depending on how everything is cooked etc but fingers crossed for you.

Xx

If you're hungry, reach for the superfree and free foods! That way you can satisfy yourself without feeling bad :)

I know it's hard, but try and draw a line under the food you've eaten for the past few days and get back on track. OK, you might STS this week at weigh-in, or even gain a bit, but it's just one weigh-in - having a blip absolutely doesn't mean you've blown your whole diet. Good luck!

oh ty. i will try. its just so hard to lose it and so easy to put it on.....

me toooo hun. last night i had takeaway, i had burger and chips and pizza, went totally over the top, and then today i have been to pizza hut. finding it hard right now as so hungry and want to eat rubbish before get back on track tomoz but ii know it will make it worse

i did exactly the same last week, we were out straight from work on Friday so grabbed a burger from a burger van on the way home, saturday we were out shopping and had a burger king, sunday the meat for dinner hadn't defrosted in time to cook so we went out and got pizza :break_diet: - * week was due as well and i put on 5lbs! tried to get back on it properly this week but have still slipped here and there, i've been compensating with Scan Bran all week! Keep strong guys, we can get back on that wagon!!!!

Ewww scan bran!!!!!! Think thats horrible stuff. OK when making a cake with it though! Just start afresh, tomorrow is another day

hiya hun i have been really naughty past 3 days, had meatballs and chips and cake in ikea even though they had pasta there but i bloody love them meatballs :p and then day after had fish and chips and a piece of choc cake! and randomly ate some cheese while making kids a sandwhich. have been good today but have found it hard to not just think oh ive blown it sod it. cos i really want it and tbh no amount of yumminess is worht me feeling as miserable and guilt ridden as i did last night! good luck and dont beat urself up. we are only human! xxxx

Oh I feel your pain! I've been pretty bold the last few days, not loads of food, but bad choices. * week due, so I'm really depressed on and off and only want CHOC-O-LATE. Anyone any tips for dealing with the "oh what's the point, life is cr*p" feelings, mixed with bold cravings?

Oh yeah, and being even more bold - how many of you find that you're not 100% on plan, do you STS, go up or even lose? Does a bad week show up the week after?

My weigh ins are on a Wednesday and if I fall off the plan it's always at weekends - if I'm bad on the Friday and Saturday it shows up that Wednesday usually - there's only been one week where I consumed 2 bottles of wine, a pizza and a garlic bread on the Saturday and somehow still had a loss, I suspect largely due to the guilt and consequent over compensating on anything free and superspeed I could find, haha!

Back to the Scan Bran thing, yes, it's disgusting but I throw a Laughing Cow light cheese and some ham on it, close my eyes and picture the slender new me in 4st time and it becomes almost bearable :)

They really are - I just threw them in a choccie cake tonight and it was bearable but I could still taste them, haha!
