need to get back on plan helpppppppppp

hi ya ladies been on cd for 9 weeks lost 32lbs over the moon with my lost, but it was my birthday friday and i informed my cc i was goin to treat myself by havin a pizza she was totally cool about it and total me to have it and get back on plan, problem is i had the pizza after she left on wed then chips and kfc friday and then last nite i went to a family party and had buffet i did stick to water , so its a start and today im tryin my best to stay focused but its so hard when there is chocolates and birthday cake lookin at me, why did people buy me chocolates for my birthday when everyone knows im dietin , so ive come on ere for some advice and support because with out all your support i would not be 32lbs lighter today your all so helpful so thanks in advance i dont want to go backwards but today is really hard xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:eek: oo and im findin water a real chore

Is there any way you could throw all the bad stuff away without offending anyone, or are they there with you ?
Its the only way I would be able to survive the temptation and, though its a terrible waste I just tell myself that, ultimately its only going to end up in the toilet. That way I see it all as rubbish thats better off going in the bin than going through me.
If you can't get rid of it can you put it out of sight and in a place thats really hard to get to so you aren't as tempted ?
I find it hard drinking water but always use the berry water flavour and fill up 4 sports bottles in the morning as it seems to help remind me having them sit there and look at me.
Good luck and get back on track quickly as the longer you leave it the harder it gets !

oo thank u for your advice, i have the orange flavour so i will try it, im goin to move the food out of site,that way i wont think about it , doin ok today i place 5 pints of water in a jug and have been workin my way through it , ive even cooked the family meals and not had any so hopefully im back on track thank u xx
 
i tend to bin food that i know i can't eat or i'm picking at. it's hard going. i'm having a right struggle to maintain my weight.
 
pleased to report i lost 2lbs so really pleased i had a chat to myself and got back on track sunday so really chuffed thank u all for your support xxxxx

thank u , feelin a bit fed up today , my husband bless him how has like one stone if that to lose had started the cd to support me, bless him , dont know if it will help me through he keeps tellin me his starving and how have i do this diet for so long oo and his havin a chinese next sat lol, thanks for that mr simmy lol
