Changing groups

I normally go to wi on a Thursday morning but due to me going back to work after maternity leave, I need to change groups. I have decided to now go to a Tuesday evening group. I am worried weighing in a day and half early this week with show a gain.
Only need 1.5lb for my 2 stone shiney.

The only thing i can suggest is that even if it does say a gain on tuesday then the week after the weight will come back off as you'll be weighing in on the same day so it will level out Xx
