How to thicken BNS soup

Just wondering what people use to thicken soup if you want to keep it 0 PP. Do you just add less stock and more BNS ?

personally i add less stock.... but suppose either way doesnt make a difference....x

Just made a roasted fridge soup. Anything in my fridge (BNS,carrots onion orange pepper) went in the roasting pan with about 6 cloves of garlic,smoked paprika and corriander. Came out really yummy xxx
