Im on the 810 plan, im having 3 CD products, 284ml of skimmed milk and a small meal (either cottage cheese or a small piece of chicken and few tablespoons of veg)... these last few days iv been getting to 8pm after having my meal and realising iv only had two CD products. Do i always have to have a 3rd even if i really dont fancy it and am not hungry? My consultant told me i need to have them all otherwise my body will enter starvation mode and it might affect my weight loss. Iv just forced myself to have a shake and now i feel bloated and sick :cry:
