Last night, in the middle of the night I had sudden (and very painful) cramp in both my calves and today they still feel sore.

With the last TFR stint (two years ago) this didn't happen. I am only 6 days in...any similar experiences anyone can share???

Hi Dia, yes I did have cramps in my calves one night, I think it was around 2 weeks in, Got my husband to massage them the next night lol luckily never had it again (cramp not massage )

Thanks Claire. I feel a bit better now...calves still sore but now reassured that it should go away ....

I used to get calf cramps in pregnancy, apparently due to lack of salt.
