Help, am struggling to use all of my pro points, my daily allowance is 33 pp's

Typical Day

Breakfast
2xweetabix with semi skimmed milk (5pp)
Glass of orange juice(2pp)

Snack
Bag of snack a jacks(2pp)

Lunch
Cheese Salad(5pp) (for my cheese)
Bowl of grapes(0pp)
Bag of french fries(3pp)
ww choc mini roll(2pp)

Dinner
Scampi and salad(6pp)

Total points 25pp
this is what i generally have left at the end of the day but sometimes can have more left however feel too guilty to bulk it up with naughty treats :(
 
why dont you have some coleslaw with your salads? or even some dressings? that would be a few extra points :) and most evenings i have a curly wurly or a milky way as there only 3pp and no point feeling guilty bout that :D
 
Id say you have most scope to bulk up dinner. 6 points for dinner is hardly anything. Why not have chips instead of salad with your scampi ;)

Salad twice a day isnt helping when youre struggling. Why not have something like a sandwich or bagel or croissant etc. And maybe a dessert with dinner, even a WW at 2/3 points would help

Dont be scared to have a snack in the evening, even if its just something like a biscuit with a coffee

Remember WW isnt just a diet its helping you get habits you can have forever, and theres no harm whatsoever in having a treat, thats what 'normal' people do... a glass of wine, a bar of chocolate. The beauty of WW is, unlike some diets you can have treats and keep to the diet 100%. Theres no need to feel deprived OR guilty ;)
 
im on 33pp too, i would of had some oven chips with the scampi and salad 100g is 6pp
so that would top your daily pp allowence nicely
