Fruit pots

Hiya, can someone tell me if the wee fruit pots from the supermarket are free? I hv the peach one. It says that its in juice. Some of the ones say that they are in grape juice?? It is part of your 5 a day. They are very handy wee pots to take to work asd you get a wee spoon in it 2 x

if they are in juice then they wont be free, as fruit juice isn't free.

Only fruit that is free, is fruit in it's raw form. The freshly prepared fruit packs are okay, but they are the ones that are just fruit cut up, not in any juice or syrup and are by all the fresh fruit.

I am presuming you mean the little pots you get near the tinned fruit? In which case the fruit in these is not fresh and is pretty much the same as tinned fruit. So they will have no free food allowance at all and will be 1 syn for every 20 calories.

I would has at a guess and say they werent free. Do you know the exact name and make of them and I will look it up for you debz

I have checked the make of it and it says SPC Natures Finest?? I know that prob does not help
