Grilled Chicken Wrap syns

Hi there, just been dragged to McD's and had a grilled chicken salad wrap (no sauce) it seemed the best on there. It was grilled chicken with some tomatoe sauce, onions, lettuce, cucumber and a tortilla wrap.

Can anyone tell me the syn value, I'm doing EE. I have forgotten my SW login number / password so I cant check until tonight but im feeling bad and keen to know now

Is that not a bit worrying that they are the same on all plans!

Surely it would be less on Red and EE if it was actually Chicken.....
