Help please! Strada??

Off to Strada tonight for a friend's birthday but I have nooooo idea what's good or bad - I'm sure I could hazard a guess, but wondered if any lovely person here might have a peek in their eating out guide for me? Is Strada even in there?

there is nothing in the eating out guide and cant seem to find a list of their menu's nutrional information either to work out their propoints

Ah thanks anyway for your help NM, I'll just have to go with common sense!
