I've had a productive day so far, made BNS soup (took 10 mins to prepare), done WW jelly and put it into individual pots and I've even made up the WW Dessert Whip and put it on the top of the jelly, some with banoffee whip others with strawberry and cream whip - oooeerrr! Took longer to whip the dessert by hand than to cut up the veg for the soup but I suppose its a bit of exercise.
It pays to plan in advance for me so when I want something I don't grab just anything, if that makes sence!
