Hello there everyone................I am off to Barbados on Saturday & I have been working my socks off this week to try to get to goal before I go.............my final weigh in will be on Friday and I really think I will get there. Everyday this week I have power walked to my ipod tunes into the village and back and have already done 2 x Zumba classes and have another tomorrow morning. I can honestly say that I have so much energy and feel so well on this diet that I would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight. I would also like to say to anyone waivering out there...........keep going because life is so much more fun when you are not carting the equivalent of another small person around with you all of the time. Keep up the good work everyone it is soooooo worth it!!!!!xxxxx

...............thanks everyone for your very kind words. This is a very hard thing that we are all doing and I would like to say to each & every one of you congratulations for taking control of your lives. We will all have our bad times and we will have have our good times but the best thing about it is we are doing it together. A proper little family that understands that losing weight isn't just a matter of eating less and exercising more which is the mantra usually dished out..............why do these people not realise that if it was that easy there would be no fat people????? Common ladies you can all do it.............I believe in you!!!!xxxx
