I returned to group tonight after a couple of weeks "break" I was struggling of late with small loss, small gain etc. so took a break from it all (including this forum:eek:).

Now I'm back and refreshed and lost 6lb. Renewed enthusiasm and although I missed group, I did of course stick to plan.

Not sure if it would work for everyone, but it kick-started my final push (10lb in 7 weeks to reach target)
